Due to the chemical complexity of permanent texture services, a thorough pre-service consultation is mandatory.
Before any perming or permanent straightening service, we assess:

- A bespoke service and aftercare plan
For perming and straightening services, a
test curl is required
prior to booking.

Pricing & Booking Information
Permanent texture services are priced based on hair length, density, and time required. Final pricing is confirmed following consultation.
Please note:
- All texture services exclude cutting and styling
- A suitable Cut & Finish or Professional Blow Dry must be booked separately
- Permanent straightening applies only to treated hair — new growth will retain its natural texture
Aftercare & Service Integrity
Permanent texture services are a chemical investment. Longevity, curl retention, and hair health depend on correct professional aftercare.
To maintain results:
- Professional sulphate-free homecare must be used
- Aftercare advice provided during consultation must be followed
Failure to follow the prescribed aftercare plan may compromise results and void service guarantees.

No.
