Founder / Colour Director

Paul founded THE TRUTH IN COLOUR™ around one belief: exceptional colour begins with an honest consultation. His approach combines precision, realism, and a commitment to healthy hair — creating bespoke colour plans designed for longevity, maintainability, and condition.


Known for specialist colour work, corrective services, and a considered approach to transformation, Paul focuses on what is achievable, sustainable, and right for the individual, rather than following trends or making unrealistic promises.



His experience underpins the consultation methods and standards used throughout the salon, ensuring every colour decision is intentional, technically considered, and tailored to the person in the chair.

Jack Crozier

Artistic Director

Jack leads creative direction within the salon, specialising in advanced colour, corrective work, and transformational results delivered through a consultation-first approach.


Known for his technical precision and honest advice, Jack works closely with clients to create realistic, long-term plans — whether refining lived-in colour, correcting previous work, or delivering creative transformations. His approach prioritises hair integrity, consistency, and achieving the best possible result without compromising condition.


Alongside advanced colouring, Jack combines precision cutting and refined barbering with a strong focus on detail, ensuring every service aligns with THE TRUTH IN COLOUR™ standards.

Stylist

Libby works within THE TRUTH IN COLOUR™ consultation-led approach, delivering colour services with care, precision, and a strong focus on understanding each client’s goals before beginning.


Known for her calm manner and attentive consultations, Libby takes time to listen, assess hair health, and create realistic plans aligned with both the client’s vision and the condition of their hair. She particularly enjoys blonding services, highlighting techniques, and transformational colour work, including corrective colour.

Brooke Whall

Stylist

Brooke is a newly qualified stylist continuing her advanced Level 3 education within THE TRUTH IN COLOUR™’s consultation-led salon environment.


Passionate about healthy hair, transformation work, and honest consultations, Brooke enjoys creating colour and styling services that feel personalised, wearable, and tailored to the individual client. Her growing focus includes balayage, glossing, lived-in colour, long hair cutting, keratin smoothing, and healthy hair transformations.


Brooke is particularly interested in creative colour work and advanced colour correction, continuing to develop her technical knowledge through ongoing education, supported salon training, and hands-on experience alongside the salon’s senior team.


Known for her calm approach and attention to detail, Brooke aims to create an experience where clients feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in both the process and the result.

Rachel Walker

Apprentice

Rachel is developing her technical foundation within THE TRUTH IN COLOUR™, supporting the salon team while building confidence across client care, colour preparation, styling, and consultation-led service.


Working closely with senior stylists, Rachel has developed strong organisational skills and confidence in client communication, product recommendations, and supporting specialist colour services. She has a particular interest in blonding, foil work, cutting, and understanding the technical decisions behind colour formulation and placement.



Rachel is focused on refining her styling techniques, expanding her technical knowledge, and progressing towards supported client work as she continues her apprenticeship journey within the salon’s structured, education-led environment.
